Overview
St. Mary's Woods, a reputable senior living community, is seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our clinical team. The DON plays a key role in ensuring a high standard of care for all residents by overseeing nursing operations, supporting staff, and maintaining compliance with state and local regulations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to quality resident care. Candidates licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise the nursing team and Registered Medication Aides
• Maintain 24/7 on-call availability for clinical support
• Review and oversee staff scheduling
• Ensure proper documentation and accurate resident care records
• Comply with company policies and state/federal regulations
• Conduct assessments
• Complete Care Plans and participate in care plan meetings
• Participate in staff training and development
• Provide or delegate hands-on care as needed
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership
Qualifications
• Valid RN license
• Current CPR certification
• Experience in nursing management/supervision, direct care, and scheduling
• Prior experience in senior care is preferred

Overview
Coordinated Services Management (CSM), a senior living management organization, is seeking an Interior Design Intern to support projects across our independent living, assisted living, and memory care communities.
This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience in interior design, space planning, and project coordination while working alongside an experienced, NCIDQ-certified Interior Design leader.
Responsibilities
• Assist with interior design projects, including space planning and material selections
• Support vendor coordination, purchasing, and installations
• Help maintain project timelines and organization
• Collaborate with community teams and internal departments
• Provide general administrative and project support
Qualifications
• Currently pursuing a degree in Interior Design (required)
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and/or SketchUp (required)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Quality Assurance Specialist

Lead Quality & Clinical Excellence Across Senior Living Communities
Coordinated Services Management (CSM) is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to support and oversee quality care, regulatory compliance, and clinical operations across multiple assisted living and skilled nursing communities throughout Virginia.
This is an ideal opportunity for a seasoned clinical leader who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-community environment and is passionate about improving resident care, mentoring nursing leadership teams, and ensuring operational excellence.
This position requires extensive weekly travel to communities throughout Virginia, as well as regular travel to the CSM Home Office in Roanoke, VA.
Clinical Quality & Regulatory Oversight
• Conduct monthly audits and on-site clinical reviews at assisted living and skilled nursing communities
• Evaluate medication administration, charting, infection control practices, incident reports, staffing, and resident care systems
• Monitor compliance with state and federal regulations, company policies, and quality assurance standards
• Develop corrective action plans and follow through on implementation
• Assist communities with survey readiness and plans of correction
Leadership Support & Training
• Mentor and support Directors of Nursing and community leadership teams
• Assist with onboarding and orientation of nursing leadership staff
• Coordinate educational workshops, peer reviews, and clinical training initiatives
• Provide operational support to communities needing additional clinical oversight or guidance
Operational & Risk Management Support
• Assist with investigations related to resident or family concerns
• Monitor MDS, care planning, infection control, and documentation systems
• Support new community openings and operational transitions
• Review healthcare vendor contracts and compliance annually
Qualifications
• Current RN license in good standing required
• Extensive experience in skilled nursing and assisted living required
• Multi-site clinical leadership or quality assurance experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
• Experience with infection control, MDS, quality assurance, and clinical systems
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to travel extensively on a weekly basis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Point Click Care
