The Our Lady of the Valley dining room – with it’s high, vaulted ceiling and huge, light-filled windows – is in the heart of the community. Residents enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner in this beautiful space. It is truly a hub of community activity, and is sometimes the location of special events and celebrations.
Updated window treatments, a brand-new salad bar, and fresh paint brought new life to the space. Comfortable chairs, light-reflecting mirrors, and white accents gave this large dining room a modern look while preserving its inherit grandeur.
