The Russell House is an affordable senior housing community located a few blocks from the ocean. MA Senior Living Design was influenced by organic, coastal elements and the client’s desire to give residents a more modern, lively environment that pays homage to the community’s desirable location.
All three floors reflect a welcoming, coastal feel with three distinct color schemes to help with wayfinding. The colors and motifs complement Russell House’s updated logo and branding. The FF&E package includes clean lines, an airy color palette, and easy-to-clean materials that are all senior-friendly.
