Quality care is the foundation of our assisted living, nursing, and memory care communities. Our nurses provide compassionate care centered on dignity and respect 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

To ensure that they are successful in meeting and exceeding industry standards, we offer the following services: 
 
• On-site support from our full-time Regional Director of Quality Assurance and Regional Quality Assurance Specialist (both registered nurses with over 70 years of combined direct care oversight and senior living leadership experience) 
• Twice yearly training on nursing best practices for our Directors of Nursing 
• Comprehensive Alzheimer's/dementia training through our proprietary Reflections Memory Care Program 
• Development and monitoring of quality assurance programs utilizing a peer review process and on-site audits to assess the effectiveness of clinical services 
• Information networking to provide up-to-date clinical data for case management 
• Management and oversight of service coordinator grant programs 
• Development of service coordinator grant proposal to provide case management of services for HUD properties 
• Integrated care program to enhance resident independence with an emphasis on wellness including social, educational, and cultural activities, as well as worship opportunities and community involvement 
• Interdisciplinary care planning process including the resident, family, resident's physician, and appropriate on-site staff 

REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

• Implementation of an effective admissions process 
• Auditing and oversight of regulatory requirements at federal, state, and local levels 
• Development of clinical policies and procedures to maintain high standards of excellence 

RISK MANAGEMENT

• Guidance in developing effective risk management interventions 
• Monitoring of care services from medication administration to skilled nursing care 
• Definition of levels of care and a process for evaluating changes in health status needs
