I want to commend CSM for the successful ways in which you have navigated COVID restrictions and precautions.  You have served as an exemplary model. 

...Thank you for 15 years of care my mother received and for affording me the peace of mind that came from not having to worry about her care. The Potomac Place staff gave my mother maximum independence and still provided assistance needed.

I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you for all the kind words of congratulations and praise for a job well done. I wish you could have seen the employees smiling faces while they enjoyed the goodies CSM sent yesterday morning. They liked being noticed and thanked for the hard work they do. It made their day!

Thank you to the CSM team for their cutting-edge approach in making sure our facilities have the information and training tools needed to succeed with our DSS surveys and the daily care we provide our residents.

Thank you for sharing the story of how CSM came to be and why. It was wonderful to hear and I found myself wishing that all of my coworkers could hear it. In my seven years working here, I never doubted that you were true to the CSM mission. Your warm and personal story only reinforced that.
